Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday [9:00am to 6:00pm] Industry: Plastics

Job Description:
• Manage a large pool of detail-oriented customers’ orders in a fast-paced environment with ability to multitask
• Ability to negotiate trucking and intermodal freight where needed
• Ability to coordinate with vendor/supplier, warehouse, freight,and customer to execute orders in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Support sales managers on creating confirmed orders to be sent and signed by customers with attention on accuracy
• Assist in inventory management at warehouses across the US and S. Korea
• Manage customer order documentation including BLs, invoicing, and costing analysis
• Enter provisional expenses into ERP System related to each order
• Match and be first level of approval on expense bills for accounting to find and enter per provision
• Ability to resolve reconciliation and pricing issues
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum Degree Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in cross trade and logistics function (logistics, supply chain, cross trade experience)
• Highly proficient in MS office application (Outlook, word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic Knowledge of International Commerce & Experienced in Letter of Credit management
• Strong mathematical skills, ability to convert unit of measure and currency
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
