Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
Under the Business Planning Department, the purpose of this role is to assist senior staff members to produce deliverables such as data collection KPI tracking and materials creation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Risk Management/Corporate Management Support
Data collection, KPI tracking and material creation ( e.g. activity update report in ppt, Sustainability Report etc.)
Forecast, Budget and Monthly Closing
Support business planning in forecasting, budgeting and monthly closing
Sustainability Reporting
Support data collection.
Team Support
Data Entry support and Analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office Skills
At least a Bachelor degree preferably in Finance, Maritime or Data Analytics.
Good writing and analytical skills.
Preferably with at least 2 years experience.
We prefer candidates to be independent, open-minded and willing to accept challenges.
