Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
– Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care plan for each resident.
– Administers medication with demonstrated knowledge of medication action, mode of administration, side effects and contraindications
– Performs prescribed treatment and procedures in accordance to standard nursing practice to meet patients’ physical and emotional needs
– Conducts discharge planning
– Documents residents’ progress, care and treatment provided, accurately and timely.
– Communicates, participates and contributes actively during doctor’s rounds
– Coordinates, participates and contributes to the family conference on complex patient care management
– Assists in clinical emergency situations
– Provides clinical guidance to junior nursing staff
– Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
– Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent
– Min 2 years relevant working experience
– Valid full/ conditional registration registered nurse practicing certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board
– Holds valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
– Able to commit 2 shift duties
– Able to multi-task and work independently
– Good communication skills and a team player
– Proficient in MS Office

Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,500
