About the job
We are looking for a software engineer/developer to join our cutting-edge development team as it grows. We want someone who is comfortable asking “why?” The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker. They are a team player possessing strong analytical skills, technical skills, and are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary.
Responsibilities
? Analyse user requirements
? Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerate software solutions
? Write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability: refine and rewrite as necessary
? Create clear technical specifications
? Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our key demographics
About you
We hope you’re excited about the position! To make the most of the role, the preferred qualifications are:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
? Experience in software development in a test-driven environment
? Experience in building web applications using Vue.Js or JavaScript, HTML, CSS
? Familiar with agile software development
? Familiar with Golang, PostgreSQL, and REST API
? A team player with a positive can-do attitude
? A clear communicator who is able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and is also unafraid to voice opinions and ideas during team discussions. We want to hear from you!
