Roles & Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of the team to provide nursing care to long term nursing care.
Monitor vital signs
Assist with personal groomings and hygiene issues
Plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents
In charge of general health of the residents and supervise nursing aides and health attendants
Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions are established with nursing policies and procedures
Assist and carry out emergency situations in Nursing Home
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Nursing
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Minimum 2 years of Nursing experience in in-patient ward
Able to work 2 rotating shifts
