Job Description:
Our client, a well- known Japanese company is currently looking for a HR Admin & Executive position.
Responsibilities
– Full spectrum of HR functions and with the HR Manager, to develop and implement short and long term strategic plans to attract, manage, develop and retain employees to achieve company’s current and future business objectives
– To assist to develop and implement HR policies, practices and systems in compliance with Singapore laws and regulations, company QEHS and compliance standards
– Verification of staff claims and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– To support and coordinate all administrative matters including company events and company committees
– Provide administrative support to management staff and quest
– Assist to ensure facility compliance
Requirements:
– Diploma in Human Resource field, good knowledge of local laws/regulations,
– Atleast 2 years’ experience handling HR + Admin
