Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Assist the marketing team to plan and execute online and offline campaigns with the following responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing activities to optimize the online user experience.
• Conceptualise and create creative assets for online and offline campaigns (digital banners, flyers, posters and outdoor ads).
• Assist with any implementation of new/enhanced digital initiatives
• Attend to campaign-related members’ feedback and enquiries
• Collects data and statistics from different stakeholders and platforms to conduct monthly analysis
• Monitors and analyses site performance and reviews tracking metrics
• Update and maintain website content and inventory system
• Conduct A/B tests on website and emails
• General administration and filing of marketing materials. agreements. contracts, reports and verification of claims.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere is a must
• Familiar and comfortable with creation and editing edm html templates
• Experience with any Content Management System is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize as necessary.
• Willingness to work overtime. and on weekends with short notice.
• Outgoing personality. and is not afraid to engage customers.
• Proficiency in w. analytics (Google analytics. Adobe Analytics) and marketing tracking tools (Responsys, Loyalty Management tool) will be a great advantage
