Job Description:
Duties:
• Preparation of consolidated financial statement, preferably experience with SGX and IFS requirements
• Reporting to holding companies for periodical results, announcement and corporate governance issues
• Budgeting, costing, cash flow management of the company
• Internal/ External audit, taxation, banking relationship, internal control and compliance management
• Effective participation and contributing member of the Management team
• Lead the accounting team in operational and financial matters
Job Requirements:
• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
• Min. 5 years of experience working in SGX listed company, including three years of supervisory responsibility.
