Job Description:
• Monitor work done and ensure works are carried out in compliance with the specified requirements
• Oversee Contractors and ensure works are carried out according to the planned schedule.
• Manage a team of staff and supervise construction services.
• Liaise with RTOs regularly and ensure works comply with regulatory requirements.
• Review design drawings, calculations and shop drawings.
• Resolve basic design and technical issues on site.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Engineering, Civil or Structural Engineering or its equivalent (Accreditation must be recognised by PEB Singapore)
• Registered Resident Engineer accredited by IES/ACES
