Job Description:
This job is to arrange Ships Parts, Ships Stores, technical services, and any others required by customers (Ship’s Management Company or Ship’s Owner, Operator) to their ships in worldwide.
To source for supplier / product marker
Check incoming e-mail of the customer RFQ
Prepares request for quotation to possible maker / product supplier (Local / Overseas)
Obtain competitive quotes from multiple sources
Negotiate prices/payment terms with supplier / product maker
Check Supplier Quotation & Documents
Prepare Our Quotation to Customer
Check & follow up with customer any ORDER after quotation submitted
Check the Order sheet after received
Prepare our Order Sheet to Supplier accordingly
Prepare Our Delivery Order accordingly
Ensure Smooth Delivery of Goods on board the ship and verify receipt of the items
Follow up Supplier Invoice
Prepare Invoice to Customer
Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
Visit Customer if necessary

Job Requirements:
Minimum “O” levels / Diploma holders
Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar industry (Marine Sector)
Team player, self-driven, taking initiative, enthusiastic
Good computer knowledge
Class 3 driving license
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English & Chinese
