Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
– Handles customer service hotline and provide first level of support
– Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
– Remain updated with the latest information that impacts the deliverables and provide accurate information promptly to customers, such as FAQs and etc.
– Handle escalated cases that do not fall within FAQs
– Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
– Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
– Comfortable working in Call Centre Environment
– MUST HAVE CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE
– Good communication skills
– At least NITEC holder
– Able to work in a fast pace environment
Salary/Others:
– $1700 to $2000
– $200 to $300 – Incentive allowance
– Annual Leave – 14 days
– Medical leave provided
– Location : Aljunied
– 5 days office hours – 0830am to 6pm
