Client is in the Engineering field. seeking.
Responsibilities:
• HR Generalist role
• Handling a wide spectrum of duties including recruitment. On-Boarding, Policies. Payroll. C&B. Training. etc
• Supervise HR Executive and Assistant
• Drafting of HR Policies
• Improving on HR Processes
• Handling repatriation and other foreign worker related issues
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in HR related fields
• At least 5 years of HR related experience
• Experience working in engineering field will be advantageous
• Able to commit to alternate 5.5 days work week
