Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Attend to inquiries from customers and provide sales services to customers.
• Prepare quotation and liaison with customers on pricing matters.
• Follow up with customers on payment issues.
• Control trading material stock inventory.
• Source for suitable suppliers for purchase of trading materials.
• Evaluate supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customers’ requirements.
• Issue P/O to supplier for purchase and order of trading materials.
• Follow up with customers on any arise including customers’ complaint.
• Take proactive actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
