Job Description:
– Reporting to Design Manger. BIM Team and Design Teams.
– Involved in schematic design, FF&E presentation and material selection as
well as presentation to owners.
– Create designs. concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout
principles and aesthetic design concepts.
– Involved in creative designs and creation of concept design development.
– Ability of provide and interpret space planning according to client
requirements
– Present ideas. design concepts. material and FF&E to clients and design
teams.
– Demonstrate and generate 3D Perspective Visuals/ Presentation Drawings /
Technical Drawings.
– Work with in-house team to prepare construction / fabrication drawings
Job Requirement:
– Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related fields
– Min 5 years working experience with ID Firms
– Proficient in design programs such as 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, V-fay and
AutoCAD.
– Excellent presentation skills and ability to work with teams
– Familiar with BCA Code and building construction.
