Our Assistive Technology vertical has 2 main objectives:
To create more open-sourced, accessible assistive technology to unmet challenges
To proliferate a design-for-accessibility mindset in engineers and technologists and build an empathetic engineering community
As the Assistive Technology Programmes Executive/Manager, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our mission by coordinating and supporting various aspects of our AT programs. This role involves multi-faceted responsibilities, including logistics coordination, volunteer engagement, event organisation, impact evaluation, project management, stakeholder liaison, and support in framework development for AT projects and programs
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Assistive Technology Programmes and Bring EG’s AT Strategy to Life
Coordinating with Technical Projects to Setup and Operationalize EG’s Inclusive Makerspace
Engage with Stakeholders, Community Partners, Supporting Partners and Volunteers to Build Community
Impact Evaluation and Reporting
