Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily functionalities of the air freight operations teams
Manage P&L responsibility and execution of the Air Freight product strategy
To develop and maintain strategic relationship with the Key Accounts customers
To establish trade lane strategy to gain and develop business with Sales
To ensure operational excellence of the Airfreight Product and delivers the agreed KPIs internally and with customers.
Ensure to drive and manage operational productivity performance through initiatives, planning and programs
To drive and execute the airfreight carrier and procurement strategy to ensure optimization
Offer strategic business direction through the collection and analysis of business statistics
Responsible for the up-skilling of the current team through an active attitude towards coaching, mentoring and development
To ensure and maintain a healthy and safe work environment
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantage
10 years functional leadership experience within international air freight forwarding environment
Excellent operational knowledge with proven change management experience
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Effective relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership and change management capability
Good time management skills are essential, especially the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
