Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a well-established market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Finance Manager assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible. This Finance Manager would be responsible for :
Responsible for preparing monthly financial reports and non-financial information in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the Company’s requirements
Responsible for regular reviewing and providing business support to Management including the analysis of financial information for recommendations for future improvement
Responsible for Financial forecasting, planning and analysis process, identify and resolve potential financial risk area in timely manner
Responsible for preparing Yearly Budget which will involve reviewing of future business plans to develop the budget
Responsible for implementing and ensure appropriate financial and internal controls in compliance with Company Policies and procedures
Responsible to work with internal and external auditors and tax agent on statutory audit and tax matters
Responsible for preparing Group Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS
Responsible for preparing of intercompany agreements
Responsible for preparing and submitting of quarterly GST reports
Responsible for preparing monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and Bank Reconciliations
Responsible for preparing Weekly Cash Flow Forecast for cash flow planning
Responsible for managing Fixed Asset Register
Responsible for developing SOPs & drive/monitor its implementation.
Responsible for handling payroll and claims data to outsourced payroll agent
Responsible for processing of salary payments
Requirement:
Minimum Degree in in accounting or related studies
CPA/CMA is a bonus
