Job Title: Inpatient Suite Nurse (Snr/Staff Nurse)
Location: Central
Setting: Private Acute Setting
Working hours: 5-days work week (3 shifts)
As a Senior / Staff Nurse in the Inpatient Suite/Ward, you shall be responsible to provide professional nursing service of the assigned unit in accordance with established nursing policies and procedure and standard operating procedures of nursing care and practices at our Inpatient Suites.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the inpatient suite, ensuring patient’s comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their stay. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of the patients.
Key Responsibilities
To provide a high standard of care to patients through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients.
Responsible for the safe delivery of care to patient.
Underake holistic patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, promptly identifying any changes or concerns and taking appropriate action.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions, ensuring continuity of care and promoting optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of patient care practices and outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
Candidates with Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent will have an advantage.
A meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to commit to 3 rotating or 12 hour shifts.
Previous experience in an acute care or inpatient setting preferred.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
