Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manages all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen.
Able to produce bread/buns on schedule.
Assist in preparations of bread and other items.
Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients.
Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness.
Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions.
Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Prefer a minimum of 3 years and above of bakery work experience
Able to carry heavy stuff
Ability to read and follow recipes
Possess baking skills
Good organizational skills
Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
Ability to meet strict deadlines
