Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Reports and support the Heads of Department in managing daily operations
• Manage daily administrative matters (Data entry, scheduling etc.)
• Manage procurement related duties (Inventory managing etc.)
• Aid in the training & development for the team
• Support HODS with HR related matters (On boarding, Orientation, On-the-job training etc.)

Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma (Business or equivalent will be advantageous)
• Good knowledge of office management systems and procedure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Competent in time management
• Able to prioritise work
• Problem solving qualities
