Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking for an IT recruitment consultant who is passionate with assisting our IT corporate clients with their successful recruitment of IT positions ranging from helpdesk engineer, network/software engineer, Cloud, architect, project manager, etc.
You will be focused on attracting, sourcing, qualifying candidates by understanding requirements of various IT positions from our clients.
Managing candidates’ experience with you throughout a full candidate recruitment cycle but mostly technical roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand client requirements on IT skillset, technology requirements.
Source candidates by using databases, job portal, professional social media etc.
Cold & warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for positions.
Match the most suitable candidates to different positions.
Build relationships with job seekers and provide consultative advice & services to candidate if necessary, to establish good rapport for better candidate management.
Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as an IT recruitment consultant will be highly considered.
Experiences in sales / business development in IT industry.
Knowledge and exposure to IT knowledge, technology knowledge.
Team player and motivated individual, a self-starter.
Have a positive mind-set, positive working attitude.
Have a sales-pitches to move things forward at work.
