Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Interacting constantly with customers through product demos and consultations.
Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team to achieve sales target.
Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new products and invite them to upcoming events.
Consistently seek new trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
Provide excellent pre and post sales customer service.
Manage the scheduling and execution of events and promotions.
Perform daily maintenance tasks including stock work, merchandising, display and light cleaning.
Educate customers on Company Products and its usage.
Recommend suitable skincare solutions based on customer’s requirements.
Provide professional face and body treatments.
Requirements:
Few years beauty or cosmetics experience, with relevant Beauty Certifications such as ITEC, CIBTEC, CIDESCO, or NITEC.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in salon or spa.
Possess great customer service attitude with a pleasant personality.
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cosmetic trends.
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
Able to work retail hours (ie. Shift work, public holidays and weekends)
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
