Job Description:
Support the Division’s Office Operations and Administration needs, to include co-ordinating division level meetings, staff on-boarding, division key press management and others
Co-ordinate Staff Induction for new POD Staff.
Maintain the office sitting arrangement for all offices occupied by POD staff
Work with HR Division, CoLEAD and other trainers to facilitate training for staff in POD, to include booking of venue, enrolling participants, tracking attendance and arranging catering if necessary
Assist POD staff on travel related matters and claims matters
Check on staff’s transport claim and obtain endorsement from relevant staff
Review status of Purchase Orders and remind staff to close them timely
Other administrative tasks as assigned by Director POD

Requirements:
Possess a good diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration
Prior experience in administration support to large teams would be an advantage
Have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills, and customer oriented
Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details
Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
