Job Responsibilities:
• Implement and review leadership development frameworks and programmes which are in line with the organisation’s leadership development objectives
• Assist with financial reporting and monitor the budget utilization of leadership development programmes
• Co-ordinate and implement culture-building initiatives to promote higher engagement levels and workforce productivity,
• Others operational and administrative support for the department Job
