Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Expedite containment and problem resolution to ensure all issues are quickly and robustly managed with minimum disruption to the company and their Customers
• Apply quality improvement tools A problems A maximise the learning and improvement opportunity from Al problems.
• To resolve technical issues through knowledge of; customer specifications and requirements, the Company processes or Supplier processes.
• To verify corrective actions (A source whenever possible) A confirm robust fix and compliance to process.
• Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
• Comply with all relevant internal rules. policy and procedures, including those relating A Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual
• Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Aviation) is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
