Planning and implementation of M&A and business alliances
Planning and implementation of restructuring procedures among group companies (share purchase and sale, business transfer)
Planning and implementation procedures for the expansion of the company’s business bases (establishment of local subsidiaries, establishment of branch offices) into new regions
Research on foreign investment regulations and business environment in each country
Research and study of new technologies and services, and planning and implementation of their application to our business
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Candidate must be proficient in Business Japanese (At least JLPT N2) to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.
Candidate must have 3 to 5 years of working experience in M&A, corporate restructuring, and business reorganization.
Candidate must have experience in planning and launching new businesses.
Candidate with experience working in the financial or consulting industry will be an added advantage.
