Job Responsibilities:
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Assisting in handling enquiries.
• Assisting to escalate customer’s issues
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• other ad hoc duties appointed by manager
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of experiences in a customer service role.
