Job Description:
– 5.5 days / Mountbatten
– Customer service exp
Responsibilities:
– Manage reception area
– Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing, etc
– Administrative duties such as insurance claims, Medisave, etc
– Assist Doctor during consultations if required
– Any other duties as required
Requirements:
– Minimum Secondary education
– Bilingual in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking business associates

– Working Hour: 5 days / 9am-6pm
– Location: Mountbatten
– Salary: Up to $2,500
