Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
• Effective communication strategies
• Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
• Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys
• Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
• Administering organization’s benefits programs e.g. leave policies, insurance policies, etc.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in HR
• At least 5 years of working experience handling compensation and benefits
• Experience in union negotiation will be ad added advantage
• Good understanding of full cycle hiring process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities
