Roles & Responsibilities
Overall, responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating the resident care activities.
Supervise the nursing team and ensure staff provides quality and safe care at all times.
Display clinical leadership in delivery of care and nursing practice.

Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing with valid practicing license with SNB.
At least 4 years of clinical and nursing management experience and in Psychiatric/Geriatric setting.
Positive, compassionate and customer service oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
