Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers to ensure excellent service experience
• Attend to phone enquiries and arrangement of appointment
• Perform skin analysis, before and after consultation
• Daily stock check and update stock card, sales tracking forms
• Telemarketing or follow up call to customers after consultation
• Maintain outlet cleanliness
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE IT Level is required for this position
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Required to work on weekends and retail hours
