Job Description:
Our client a well known Japanese company is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator position.

Responsibilities:
– Correspondent with clients.
– Issuing in confirming Job Costing Sheet (Internal Doc)
– Booking of Vessel Truck and other transportations.
– Import/Export permit (Trade Net)
– Scheduling of ETD/ETA
– Arrangement of warehouse storage (Own/Out Sourcing)
– Controlling of suppliers
– Others – requesting by Management or senior staff

Job Requirement:
– More than 3 years of relevant working experience
– Experience in operations and customer service in freight forwarder experience and tank operations
– Team player who is able to manage a small team and grow with the company in the foreseeable future
– Equipped with minimum “O” level in Science (Physics/Chemistry) to be able to meet MHS course requirement
