Job Description:
Strong L2 skills in Voice / Collaboration solutions, and solid Routing & Switching expertise
Experience of related IP Telephony/Network administration and support experience
Must be adaptable and quickly understand the new technologies / emerging markets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and present clear solutions to problems, with strong documentation skills
Experience in consulting environments, working with Cisco Unified Communication support and implementation
Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills
Collaboration /Voice certification, or CCNA (Collaboration/Voice) certification or equivalent experience is sought (with strong skills will be considered)

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of related IP telephony engineering / implementation experience including some of the following:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Call Manager
Cisco Unity/Unity Connection
Cisco Unified WebEx
Cisco Telepresence
Cisco Attendant Console
Cisco Emergency Responder
Experience in administration of Cisco UC servers in Cisco UCS/MCS platform, and managing VMware, ESXi Hosts, Tools, etc.
Experience in administration & management of IVR Servers, Trunking Controllers, Gateways, etc.
Experience in Non-Geographical Numbers Management & Cisco ISE Scripting Management
Experience in Management & troubleshooting of SIP Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS, CCS), FXS /FXOs, Fax lines, etc.
Expertise in management & troubleshooting H323, SIP/CUBE, MGCP Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers, Dial-Peers, etc.
Broad knowledge of Collaboration Solutions, and Cisco UC and Skype for Business, O365, etc.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Cisco Routers / Switches, ISR G2s, etc.
