Responsibilities:
• Process/issue purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
• Maintaining and updating of the database
• Taking the minutes of weekly meeting
• Generate weekly report
• Support the tender submission process
• Any other ad-hoc duties assign
Requirements:
• Min Diploma in any discipline.
• Min 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Able to work in fast paced environment and good team player.
