Client is in the Engineering field, seeking an Assistant HR Manager
Responsibilities:
• HR Generalist role
• Review and improve on HR policies
• Payroll. Compensation and Benefits
• General affairs
• Involved in recruitment, coordination with agencies
• Ensure good training and development plans
• Other HR duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in HR related fields
• At least 5 years of HR related experience
• Experience working in engineering field will be advantageous
• Able to commit to alternate 5.5 days work week
