Roles & Responsibilities
Plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents
Develop and evaluate nursing care plans
Assist management and lead in the implementation of project or care path
Medication Management

Job Requirements:
Singaporeans only
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
Diploma in Nursing/ Degree in Nursing
At least 2 years of nursing experience
Proactive and self motivated
Able to work AM / PM shift
