Job Description:
General Description of role
Focus into Non-Japanese base company business development. Sales activities covers promote for Airfreight, Ocean freight, Logistics and other value-added service.
Develop new business, from new account or assigned existing accounts.
Find solution to fulfil customer’s requirements, gain and retain business.
To participate into Sales related projects, deliver sales and marketing study result.
Other tasks assigned by management.
Details of Job Functions
Develop and manage a pipeline of new potential business opportunities.
Hunting for new business by self-initial action, execute the sales activities needed in order to gain the business.
Work together with Company assigned indoor sales support and operation team to secure more business and retain the business.
Weekly Sales Report, Monthly/Quarterly Sales Review Report, Project sales report as per requested.
Gain RFQ opportunities, work with RFQ desk, give necessary coordination, submit the RFQ to client or overseas party as per required.
Build up customer SOP, cooperate with operation team to ensure the effectiveness which will benefit for both Company and customer.
Customer outstanding payment settlement.
Other tasks assigned by department manager.
Core skills
Minimum 5 years experience working in Supply Chain Industry as Hunter role Sales or Industry Development Sales. Good in knowledge in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Local Delivery, Cross Border Transportation, and so on.
Proven of delivery of past success result in new business development with companies in Singapore.
Good knowledge in using office IT system and software.
Personal presentation and business presentation skill.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Diploma or above.
Possess valid driving license with own vehicle in Singapore will be advantage, but not a must requirement.
