Job Description
Our client, an established A1 Main Contractor is looking for candidates for the positions of M&E Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
– Tendering
– Preparation of monthly progress claim
– Valuation of sub-contractors’ progress claims and Variation Orders
– Preparation and submission of Variation Orders
– Discussion with consultants on Variation Orders
– Issuance of Works Orders, Purchase Orders
– Monthly cashflow projection
– Preparation of Final Accounts
Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
– Minimum 1 year of relevant Commercial, Building, Civil project exposure.
– Experienced in both Pre and Post Contracts
