Job Description:

• Assisting and working closely with the Relationship Manager
• Carrying out administration of all fiduciary related functions and services within portfolio of clients
• Maintaining trust records, preparing trustee documentation
• Opening/closing bank and investment accounts
• Handle administrative functions such as journal entry, entry of trust information into the systems, trust documentation filing and organisation
• Liaison with tax agents and auditors for tax return purposes
• Coordinate with beneficiaries, investment brokers, bankers, auditors, property advisors, agents, lawyers etc.
• Preparation of deed, minutes and resolutions
• Receive, check and distribution of incoming post Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
