Roles & Responsibilities

Leading global conglomerate
Candidates must have relevant retail leasing experience
Responsibilities would include:
Support and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the malls within the company’s assigned portfolio
Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals with existing clients, and liaise with property agents
Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects
Profile of ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
At least 2-5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing, preferably in malls
Preference for retail leasing experience
Advantageous: Candidates registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination
Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal, presentation skills
Proactive, innovative, adaptable, engaging and approachable
