Job Description:
Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Administrator.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Handle shipping documents (BL/ Invoice/ Packing List/ LC)
• Provide pricing and delivery information ( For existing customers and sample submission only)
• Manage administration ( Filing and documentations)
• Monitor sales performance (Twice per week min) and ensure department KPI are closely monitor.
• Generate sales report ( Monthly basis)
• Record details of inquiries. comments and complains.
• Record details of action taken.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Other ad-hoc duties assign
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 — 2 years’ experience in sales support experience.
• Independent. communicative character to be able to synergize the team work within the team.
