As a Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Deliver advanced nursing care through thorough assessments and management of complex patient cases.
Lead clinical decision-making, initiate timely interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes for continual improvement.
Uphold strict compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and infection prevention measures.
Champion evidence-based nursing practices by developing, implementing, and reviewing clinical guidelines.
Conduct clinical audits and drive quality improvement initiatives to elevate care standards.
Support policy development and ensure alignment with national regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Mentor, supervise, and assess the competencies of nurses and new staff to strengthen clinical capabilities.
Deliver in-service education, facilitate skills enhancement, and promote ongoing professional learning.
Precept nursing students and junior nurses to support their clinical growth and integration.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
Lead care planning activities, including discharge arrangements and patient/family education.
Act as a clinical liaison to enhance communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the care continuum.
Assist nursing leadership in workforce planning, operational efficiency, and performance enhancement.
Participate in incident investigations, address clinical gaps, and implement corrective strategies.
Support optimal use of resources and streamline clinical processes to improve service delivery and patient experience.
Requirement:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Possess an Advanced Diploma in Nursing is an advantageous.
Valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
