Job Description:
• In-charge of Warehouse daily operations and activities. maintain proper storage of goods
• Ensure inventory accuracy, proper goods segregation.
• Assist Logistics Manager in overseeing Store’s operations/activities.
• Liaise with Production and Receiving Store on materials receiving and before shipment.
• Liaise with Program on FG shipments quantity and availability of FG for shipments.
• Create monthly Cycle Count in System to ensure accurate stock inventory control.
• Check Oracle system for accurate input and maintenance of In/Out transactions accuracy.
• Monitor non-BOM item, issue Purchase Requisition, follow-up on deliveries from Suppliers.
• Follow-up on Suppliers’ Invoices, get approval and submission to Finance for payment.
• Liaise with Suppliers for best. competitive quotes for Packaging materials.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
