Responsibilities
User Functional requirements gathering, impact and gap analysis and consultation
Functional specification documentation
Project, stakeholder, vendor management
New application / Report development, enhancement, implementation, cutover and post-implementation support
System parameter setup and maintenance
System Master Data maintenance
Support users testing and operational guides documentation
Provide ad-hoc support and queries to end-users
Troubleshoot and fixing of IT application/reporting/desktop/services problem
Maintenance of project artefacts and documentation
Assist in IT Audit
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements
Degree in the field of Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Application Development/ IT Infrastructure (Servers, Network) Support
SAP support experience is mandatory
SQL knowledge is mandatory
Crystal Report Development experience will be advantageous
Project Management experience with knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) will be advantageous
Experience in Treasury Application, e.g. Quantum/SAP S4 Hana Treasury System and Treasury Knowledge will be advantageous
