Job Description:
• Provide assistance for L1/L2 Onsite Technical support for clients
• Provide active maintenance and operations and changes as per schedules and requests.
• Escalate issues accordingly should there be any that is beyond the SLA or self-capacity
• Handle troubleshooting and operational uptime of Network appliances (routers, switches /firewalls)
• Be on 2417 standby and be ready for any downtime via the use of alerting systems, provide escalation to the Facility Manager onsite for minimal cases or go down on-site for critical cases To Apply:
