JOB DESCRIPTION
Commercial Performance:
Expand and maximize the business contribution as well as any other commercial targets assigned to the countries within the region.
Alignment and implement Global policies:
Make sure that countries are aligned with Global Commercial & Service Management policies and guidelines.
Product Knowledge:
Ensure that countries are conversant with Company’s products and those of main competitors.
Issue Resolution:
Stay close with country heads and sales heads on issue resolutions.
Others:
Manage & Drive Commercial activities in countries.
Lead the Customer Service policies setting and implementation across the Region.
The commercial lead for Customer Service-related Digitization projects.
To supervise the offshored activities for the region.
As required to support the regional commercial team assigned special related projects.

5 years and above. Special focus on client servicing & issue resolution in liner shipping.
Sales & Customer Service experience preferred (global/regional office experience would be an advantage)
