Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the full cycle of the Recruitment (Post Advertisements, Candidate Selection, Interview Arrangements, Preparation of Letter of Offer)
• Conduct Orientation and Induction Programme to the new recruitment
• Administrate TMS Attendance 8, Leave System. Generate Monthly Attendance Report
• Administer Compensation & Benefit as well as Training & Development
• Administrate and review employees’ insurance, medical; welfare benefits
• Administrate new / renewal / termination of Work Passes
• Assist in the formulation, advice and execution of HR policies, guidelines and procedures as well as staff benefits to the HOD & Staffs
• Assist in Monthly payroll
• Perform a. verify employee claims
• Perform other assignments / ad-hoc matters as delegated

Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management; Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Familiar with current Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas with Company, transportation
