Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies to support business growth.
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
Champion employee engagement, well-being initiatives, and manage grievance and disciplinary processes professionally.
Requirements:
Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
In-depth understanding of Singapore’s employment laws, industrial relations framework, and established HR best practices.
Proficient in Timesoft HR System.
