Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a major Asian bank in Singapore, for the role of HR and Admin Senior Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR leader to play a key role in driving people strategies and overseeing branch operations within a dynamic banking environment.

As the HR and Admin Senior Manager, you will spearhead HR initiatives while ensuring the seamless execution of administrative functions. This role is critical in aligning people, processes, and policies with the bank’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the bank’s overall goals and values.
Manage and execute HR policies, procedures, and processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle to ensure accurate and timely processing of wages, bonuses, claims, and incentives.
Manage all personnel matters, including employee welfare, leave, discipline, benefits, training, and other HR administrative functions.
Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while collaborating with recruitment agencies.
Maintain and update HR policies, Employee Handbooks, and related documentation in accordance with legal and operational requirements.
Manage employee relations, address concerns and grievances, and provide HR-related guidance to staff.

Administration
Oversee branch administration affairs, including office operations, facility management, and maintenance of office equipment and fixtures.
Manage procurement, general affairs contracts (e.g., office rental, insurance, and maintenance), and monitor administrative costs.
Supervise office operations such as stationery orders, mail management, visitor coordination, and memo dissemination.
Organize and coordinate Branch Management meetings and ensure timely reporting.
Provide direct administrative support to the CEO on HR and operational matters as required.

What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of HR Generalist and administrative experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Experience in leading a team
Strong knowledge of local employment laws, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to lead, strategize, and manage HR policies while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
