Job Description:
Our client, a MNC specializing in gas kitchen appliances is looking for candidates for the position of General Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of project internally and externally by providing direction, guidance to the departments to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Sales, Finance, HR, etc)
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Establish strong rapport and partnership with clients and vendors
• Annual budgeting and P&L management
• Reporting to MD and HQ
Requirements:
• Proven experience as General Manager in similar industry
• Understanding of business functions such as Finance, Sales, HR, etc.
• Possess strong business acumen and demonstrated operations knowledge that drives optimal growth and profitability
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Good communications and inter-personal skills For interested applicants.
